Let’s Get Moving - Let’s Try Walk Fit - Lifelong Learning Month Event

Learn to use Activator walking poles that provide a low-impact workout during an indoor walk. Walking poles reduce the impact excercise has on your joints and can improve the strength and coordination of your upper body. Free transportation to and from the event is available and lunch will be provided.
