The Seniors' Committee will host a presentation by Gary Burns. Gary is a great traveller himself and has shared his tips for seniors when travelling to a number of groups. He will talk about his Cherry Blossom tour to Japan, and also some helpful hints for senior travellers. Registration required.

Most Canadians have ancestors who served in the military during the First World War. With the centenary of the Great War quickly approaching, the BPL staff is here to help you learn more about their service. Topics will include: searching military service records online, including Attestation Papers; War Diaries; the London Gazette and other sources.
