Our MakerSpace is a place for creation, collaboration and innovation where you will use your ideas to take your creativity to the next level. It is also a place for people of all ages to connect, explore and learn new skills that will bring creative passions to life.

Summer Reading Kick Off Party

Help us kick start the summer at our giant Summer Reading Kick-Off Party!

Favourite children's author and illustrator, Ruth Ohi will visit the Main Branch to lead children through illustration and reading activities. 

Geronimo Stilton and Clifford the Big Red Dog will also be at the event to meet with kids and get them excited about summer reading. 

Finally, kids can make book-themed crafts like bookmarks and buttons.

Of course, kids 0-12 can sign up for the TD Summer Reading Club. Read about the great prizes and giveaways available through the reading club. 

This event is in partnership with Healthy Kids Community Challenge.

Drop In Youth Cafe (Ages: 16-26)

Are you 16 to 26 and trying to figure out adulting? This drop-in group gives young adults a safe space to hang out, have fun and learn new skills with friends. Enjoy activities and snacks while having the chance to talk about housing, job search and who can support you in your community! Program runs all year with our Child & Youth Worker.
