The Library takes issues of accessibility very seriously. We want to see that our programs, collection and services are enjoyed by as many people as possible. To that end the Library Board has created the Accessible Customer Service Standard. This document is available as:

We take our responsibilities to provide services to everyone very seriously. As such, we’ve set up a channel directly to the Library’s senior management.
